·    Ordering: To become an authorized Retailer of One Posh Kid merchandise, please fill out our application request and when approved we we will send you ordering information. If you have not received a response within 72 hours, please contact us at (602) 999.6696.

·    One Posh Kid does NOT authorize/ allow any of its merchandise to be sold on eBay or any other auctions site at any time. Clothing may not be sold at a lesser price than what is listed on www.oneposhgirl.com at anytime.

·    Cancellations made 7 days after the order is written at a Showroom, Sales Rep at Market or placed with One Posh Kid will not be accepted.

·    Any changes to your Open Order must be made within 7 days in writing. We will then contact you with a revised invoice/ PO.

·    Refusal of shipments will result in a 25% restocking fee and additional orders will not be shipped unless they are paid for in full at the time they are ordered.

·    We do not offer price adjustments on previous purchases.

·    Any mis-shipments or damages must be made within 10 calendar days of delivery date. No exceptions.

·    Market: To see One Posh Kid in person, please contact one of our Showrooms Reps for Market Dates.

·    There will be a $35 fee for all returned checks.

·    We reserve the right to make any changes to our policies without notice.
